The true character of ministry is a servants heart.

The Missions Ministries of LCF is functioning under a MAT (Missions Advancement Team).

The overall functions of MAT are to develop an ongoing strategy to address 4 areas:

Envisioning the church: help the pastor to instil a vision for global harvest in every segment of the church body;

Mobilising: assisting the pastor into mobilising people into personal missions involvement;

Training: Provide people with the necessary training and preparation tools to equip them for cross cultural missions ministry;

Serving: Supply support services for full time missionaries, church mission projects and in-church missionary activities.
