Phil and Tanya Smythe

Senior Pastor and Founders

Senior Pastor and founders, Phil and Tanya Smythe established Langeberg Christian Fellowship in 2005 and Heidelberg Christian School in 2006. They have 2 children and a grandson. Phil and Tanya have also been involved with missionary work in Montenegro, Eastern Europe, from 2012.

Hennie and Chrismè Visagie

Hennie was ordained as pastor at LCF on 21 April 2024. He is also working at Heidelberg Christian School and has a real pastor’s heart. Together with his wife Chrismè, who is the local clinic’s doctor, they are excited to lead and serve at LCF. God has been speaking to them about Heidelberg since 2018 and they were finally able to move here in 2023. They have 2 children, 2 dogs, one cat and 5 chickens.
